Again, I'm messing with the stylesheets.

I've converted all the pages on the site so that they call three PHP pages - CSShead.php, CSStop.php, and CSSbottom.php. That's it, that's all any page needs.

Those three includes use CSS for style and positioning.

The structure of the html created by those includes isn't much yet, but I'll do that next (so that if CSS isn't working you'll still see some semblance of a normal page).

I've also implemented a stylesheet switcher doohickey (default | no ads) to turn the ads on and off.

Tell me if you think this stinks, or if the styles look really bad in your browser.
