Flatfiles
I got the flatfiles themselves from an ad in the newspaper - John Upchurch noticed the ad in the Chicago Reader and we bought a full set of 10 drawers from a retired architect somewhere up north. That set came complete with a top, and a second set of flatfiles we bought from Jack Frank (of A. Frank Printing Supply, more on that later) had a base... but no top. When I later left Fireproof we flipped a coin to see who got the set with the top, and who got the set with the bottom. I got the top.
It has a small plate which reads "Eugene Dietzgen Co. Chicago, New York, New Orleans."
