Chris Ware - Thrilling Adventure Stories

This was printed by Tom Novosad, I think (or maybe Chris did it himself at SAIC). It's newsprint.

They were a kind of promotional item he made early on, and then forgot about. When he un-earthed a bunch of them during his move to Oak Park he took them to a local signing at Quimby's where they sold for $3 each - and the next day a couple showed up on eBay.

Where they finally sold for $250! Jesus. I feel bad for the buyer.
